Starter delivery is 48 hours, Professional is 24 hours, and Executive is 12 hours after we receive a complete brief and any files needed to write the CV.
We avoid tables, text boxes, unreadable headers, unusual fonts, and formatting that parsing software often mishandles. We also align keywords to the target role rather than stuffing generic buzzwords.
We structure the CV so the strongest points land quickly: a focused summary, relevant keywords, quantified achievements, and clean section hierarchy.
Yes. Starter includes 1 revision, Professional includes 2, and Executive includes unlimited revisions within 7 days. A revision means improving wording, emphasis, structure, or fit against the original brief.
You receive an editable Word file and a PDF. Executive packages can also include an application-portal-friendly plain text version when needed.
Professional includes a cover letter template. Executive includes a fully written, role-specific cover letter. Starter clients can add a custom cover letter for an additional fee.
Yes. Payments are processed through Paystack, and we do not share your personal information or CV content with third parties. Files are retained for service support and then removed under our retention policy.
No. No ethical CV service can guarantee a specific hiring outcome. We guarantee the quality of the CV writing, delivery against the accepted brief, and included revision support.
We accept Mobile Money, Visa, Mastercard, and bank-supported payment methods through Paystack.
Yes. The Starter package is designed for graduates and early-career applicants who need internships, projects, national service, and academic achievements presented credibly.
If we miss your delivery window by more than 12 hours due to our error and without prior notice, you qualify for the delivery-delay remedy described in the trust policy.
Refunds are available when the delivered CV clearly misses the accepted brief, a technical failure prevents delivery, or a covered delivery delay applies. Refunds do not apply to job search outcomes, changed minds after delivery, or incorrect information supplied in the brief.
