Turnaround begins after you submit a complete order form, provide the required information, and payment clears. If we miss the delivery window by more than 12 hours due to our error and without prior notice, the delivery-delay remedy applies.
Revision Rules
A revision means changing wording, reordering content, adjusting tone, or fixing anything in the CV that does not match the accepted brief. Rewriting for a completely different role or industry is a new order.
- Starter: 1 revision within 5 days of delivery.
- Professional: 2 revisions within 7 days of delivery.
- Executive: Unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery.
Revision feedback should be specific. Broad requests such as "make it better" will be returned for clarification so the writer can act on clear instructions.
Refund Policy
Refunds can apply when:
- The CV clearly misses the accepted brief.
- We miss the delivery window by more than 12 hours without prior notice.
- A technical failure prevents file delivery after payment clears.
Refunds do not apply when:
- You change your mind after the CV has been delivered.
- You supplied incomplete or incorrect information and we wrote to it faithfully.
- You applied for jobs and did not receive interviews or offers.
- Your remaining request is subjective style preference after included revisions are used.
To request a refund, contact hello@mastercv.guru within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
