Clear terms for CV writing, delivery, revisions, and refunds

1. Service Description
GetMasterCV provides professional CV writing services, including AI-assisted drafting, human review, ATS-aware formatting, and delivery of CV documents in Microsoft Word and PDF formats.
Revision support is provided according to the package selected at checkout.
2. Packages and Pricing
- Starter: professional CV writing, ATS and human optimization, one template, Word and PDF delivery, 48-hour delivery, email delivery, and one free revision.
- Professional: Starter features plus template options, role-specific keywords, WhatsApp delivery, 24-hour delivery, two free revisions, and a cover letter template.
- Executive: Professional features plus premium template options, executive summary, leadership positioning, 12-hour priority delivery, unlimited revisions within 7 days, custom cover letter, and a 30-minute career consultation.
- Add-ons may include rush delivery, extra revisions, and cover letters. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required before CV generation begins. Payments are processed securely through Paystack using supported methods such as mobile money, card, bank transfer, and other Paystack options.
Your payment details are handled by Paystack and are not stored on our servers.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, missing client information, platform outages, or other operational constraints. We will notify you of material delays.
- Starter: up to 48 hours from payment confirmation.
- Professional: up to 24 hours from payment confirmation.
- Executive: up to 12 hours from payment confirmation.
- Rush delivery accelerates processing when purchased and available.
5. Revisions
Revisions cover changes to content, formatting, and structure within the scope of your original order. Revisions do not include unrelated career changes, new roles, or new experience not supplied in the accepted brief.
- Starter includes one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
- Professional includes two free revisions within 14 days of delivery.
- Executive includes unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery.
6. Refund Policy
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific hiring outcomes. Refunds are reviewed against the quality and delivery of the CV service itself.
Refunds can apply when the delivered CV clearly misses the accepted brief, a covered delivery delay applies, or a technical failure prevents file delivery after payment clears.
Refunds do not apply to changed minds after delivery, incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, subjective style preference after included revisions are used, or job search outcomes. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5 business days.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful career information.
- Do not use our service to create fraudulent or misleading CVs.
- Review your CV carefully before submitting it to employers or funders.
- Do not redistribute, resell, or publicly share our CV templates or formatting systems.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery and full payment, you own the content of your CV. GetMasterCV retains ownership of its templates, formatting systems, workflows, prompts, and service methods.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services. We will not use your identifiable CV for marketing without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employer responses, or outcomes caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes should be addressed through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
